When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you choose to provide.
You upload property photographs to our platform so we can apply AI enhancements. These images are processed by our AI systems to generate the requested output. Property photos you upload typically do not contain personal information about individuals.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects and stores your payment card details securely on our behalf. Virtual Listing Lens does not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or bank account details. We receive from Stripe only the last four digits of your card, card type, and billing information necessary for order fulfillment.
We automatically collect information about how you use the Services, including which tools you use, how often, session duration, browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers. This helps us understand how the platform is used and improve it.
If you contact us by email or through our contact form, we retain the content of your message and your contact details to respond and maintain records.

VLL uses the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each has its own privacy practices:

Authentication, database, and file storage. Firebase is used to manage your account, store uploaded images, and maintain usage data. Google's privacy policy applies to Firebase: policies.google.com/privacy.
AI image processing. Your uploaded images are processed using Google's AI infrastructure to generate enhancements. Image data is processed in accordance with Google's applicable data processing terms.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Images you upload to Virtual Listing Lens are property photographs intended for real estate marketing. These images are processed by our AI systems and stored in your account. We do not use your uploaded images to train our AI models without separate consent. You may delete your uploaded images from your account at any time.
We retain your account information and uploaded images for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain data for legal or compliance purposes (such as billing records, which are retained for 7 years as required by applicable law).
Usage and analytics data may be retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption for data in transit and security controls through Firebase and Google Cloud. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
